While in Minnesota, we stopped at Split Rock Lighthouse for my birthday. It was a blustery day, so the staff had the old stove/furnace burning wood to keep the lighthouse warm. This ornament sat atop it. I modified the contrast, brightness, and desaturated it to really give it a "polished" look. :p I love old things, they're fun to take pictures of.

It looks like the trophy in Unreal Tournament.........................(thinks about it a minute, does some scientific studies in montage form) I must be right in my hypothesis that that game was a documentary then.

I remember stories of a blue planet with vast seas; of people with myths of Humanity everlasting; of children who saw, in the embers of dying stars, the destiny of their race. And they hurled themselves into the void of space with no fear.

I haven't had a chance to play UT, so I guess I can't compare... but that's still pretty funny. :boing:

You know, the Highlander was a documentary as well and all of the events filmed took place in real time.
